Customer Service
Our customer service department is made up of two groups, customer service and customer billing. The customer service group is made up of 2 customer service representatives, 4 meter readers and 1 customer service supervisor. The customer billing group is made up of 2 billing clerks and 1 billing supervisor. We handle over 33,600 phone calls a year and approximately 28,000 customers who walk into our lobby.
